I have hired a new assistant who will officially begin next week assisting during night sessions solely. As she progresses, she will run sessions independently on Wednesday nights and Saturday mornings . This will not only allow me to take on more clients but allow more days for you ladies to book. My assistants name is Desire, she is a certified personal trainer as well but new to hands-on experience!
